Good Day,  I’m Kelly and I would be pleased to be your partner on the path of wellness!

My approach to massage therapy is to provide a treatment plan based on your unique goals and state of wellness. A proud graduate of the Ontario College of Health & Technology (OCHT) I am licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and am also a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
In my practice I treat clients with diverse conditions and needs such as: athletic injuries & strain, relaxation, post-operative incisions, hip/knee replacements, pregnancy, arthritis, physical & both emotional trauma, chronic stress, along with a variety of nervous/neurological conditions and disorders (ie. Fibromyalgia, MS, Parkinson’s & Stroke).

Believing strongly that “to live is to learn” I continue to further my education for my client’s well-being, with specialized training in Myofascial Release/Structural Integration, and NISA Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment.

As your health care practitioner, I will work with you to create home care strategies including strengthening, stretching, postural awareness and hydrotherapy to deepen your results and help you improve your quality of life.

I look forward to working with you, along with my colleagues at Universal Chiropractic, to ensure that you receive the highest possible quality of care!
