Meet Dr. Jenna Dick, DC

Chiropractic care has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My father gave me regular adjustments throughout my childhood, and growing up playing hockey, soccer, tennis, and golf, I learned early on to appreciate staying active and moving well. That early exposure shaped my interest in health, movement, and the human body, and eventually led me to a career in chiropractic.
I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works. I earned my Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, along with a certificate in Disability and Physical Activity, before continuing my education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Since then, I’ve taken seminars focused on caring for pediatric patients to broaden my knowledge and better serve younger patients at Universal Chiropractic.
Outside the Office
You’ll usually find me staying just as active as my patients. Between the gym, a run, a hockey game, tennis, golf, a good book, some baking, or planning my next trip somewhere new, I enjoy making movement and an active lifestyle part of my everyday life.
“My goal is to help remove barriers that may keep people from doing the things they love. At any age, I want my patients to feel heard, understand their options, and have a plan of care that’s tailored to their individual needs and goals.”
